Problem:
Adjustment order crashes when Deposit 100% field is null

Solution:
When Book Selected Items or Book and Close Selected Items is selected from the Premium Accounting window AND the Deposit 100% is blank/null, make sure the system do not abend, but treat the deposit as zero.
