Problem:
As per solution of SICSR-4401 Account Balance Group should delete instead booking deleted and group displayed with 0.00 Balance.

Solution:
When the user from the Technical/Claim worksheet closing window creates an Account Balance Group but save the worksheet in a pending status (any status other than Closed/Inactivated), then the message ACBP031 appears, and when the user applies Yes to this message we must make sure the whole Account Balance Group is deleted from the database.
