Problem:
Use Case "Accounting Technical Worksheet Reverse" should differentiate between. TW and CW
Solution:
We need 1) to create a new use case named Accounting Claim Worksheet Reversal, 2) Remove all the functions regarding Claim worksheets away from the existing use case Accounting Technical Worksheet Reversal and 3) Add all the functions regarding Claim worksheets to the new use case Accounting Claim Worksheet Reversal and 4) have the two use cases correctly documented/described.
A) We must make sure that the new Use Case Accounting Claim Worksheet Reverse gives access to the following functions:
a) from the business ledger when the highlighted balance/detail belongs to a Claim worksheet, the pop up menu options
Reverse....Worksheet/Balance/Details
Reverse And Replace.... Worksheet/Balance/Details (this option is not available for Claim Worksheet)
b) from the BP ledger when the highlighted balance belongs to a Claim worksheet, the pop up menu options
Reverse.... Worksheet/Balance
c) from the Find Accounting Worksheet window when the highlighted balance belongs to a Claim worksheet, the pop up menu options
Reverse.... Worksheet/Balance
B) We must make sure the existing Use Case Accounting Technical Worksheet Reverse only gives access to the same functions as described above when the highlighted balances/details belongs to a Technical Worksheet
C) Describes correctly what the new use case Accounting Claim Worksheet Reversal gives access to:
"Controls access to Reverse and Reverse and Replace Claim worksheets/balances
This function is available from the popup menu choice "Reverse" on the "Find: Accounting Worksheet" window and the popup menu choices "Reverse" and "Reverse and Replace" on the "Business Ledger and on the "Business Partners Ledger Balances" window."
D) Describes correctly what the existing use case Accounting Technical Worksheet Reversal gives access to:
"Controls access to Reverse and Reverse and Replace Technical worksheets/balances
This function is available from the popup menu choice "Reverse" on the "Find: Accounting Worksheet" and on the "Business Partners Ledger Balances" window" and on the popup menu choices "Reverse" and "Reverse and Replace" on the "Business Ledger" window."
