Problem:
The instalment premium booking looks incorrect after changing number of instalments.

Solution:
There should not be possible to delete an instalment if it is booked on an Open worksheet.
When an instalment is already booked, but on an open worksheet, then the system must make sure it is not possible to delete this instalment. The system must tell the user that this instalment exists on an open worksheet and that this must be Inactivated before it can be deleted.

Workaround:
Inactivate the open worksheet before recalculating the number of instalments.
