Problem:
Web Service for Technical Worksheet does not stop worksheet creation by AC0803 =No.
Solution:
When the system parameter Check for Existing Duplicated Technical Worksheet Balances IS selected and the user executes the createWorksheet/createClaimWorksheet web service and replies NO to the message AC0803 AND the worksheet origin is set to Manual, then the system should NOT even create the worksheet in status Open. When replying NO to this message the system should replicate the online functionality and prevent creating the worksheet if a duplicate balance is found.
