[SICSR-16622] poor performance changing business classifications on protection program

Problem:
The performances is often poor when trying to modify Business Classifications on a protection program that has a lot of cessions/retrocessions.
In particular they are trying to modify Origin of Business Classification deleting Retrocession (originally the have both Cession & retrocession) which has over 10 000 items.

Solution:
Improve the performance for cases where there are thousands of child items for a parent item,
