Problem:
Wrong message: BCC008 looks at open technical worksheets.

Solution:
When changing Claim Basis on the Claim Conditions on a Non Prop Treaty OCC, make sure the message BCC008 appears only when there are open CLAIM Worksheets on this business/insured period. Checking Technical worksheet should not be part of this.
