Problem:
When executing the RPO the list of ‘Unplaced Amounts’ is not populated

Solution:

Please ensure modifications to Order (RPO) object is saved in every transaction so that Order’s Actual Run time & "failedAssignments" will get saved.

Technical solution: Register the Order Object explicitly in every incremental commit.
