Problem:
Premium/Loss Reserves when flag 'Transfer to Next Insured Period' are rebooked when running the Retrocession Calculation Order for the last Account of an Insured Period for a second time i.e. new order

Solution:
Make sure that the Premium/Loss Reserve booking details are not rebooked when running the Retrocession Calculation Order for the last Account of an Insured Period for a second time
