Problem:
Reinstatement calculation in claim worksheet abends when selecting option to calculate from menu after first having calculated once (either through menu option, or through apply).
An abend also occurs if adding a second business to the worksheet after first having calculated reinstatement for the first.

Solution:
When selecting Apply and selecting to go through with calculation or Automatic Reinstatement Calculation, the system should delete any existing reinstatement bookings and replace with new - regardless of how the calculation is triggered.
In the second scenario, the business should be added to the worksheet

Workaround:
The first scenario could be avoided by choosing Apply, the second by adding all businesses with respective claim bookings to the worksheet before applying/calculating reinstatement
