[SICSR-16954] Abend selecting intra group contract button when no IGC business is linked

Problem:
The system abends if you click the Intra Group Contact button (IGC) when there is no contract linked.

Solution:
When a retrocessonaire is base company and can have an intra group contract (but does not yet have one), the IGC button is grey. In this case, if pushing it, the system should not abend.
