[SICSR-16967] SO-269 SE565/566 ECTT not flowing from OCC to ORP as expected

Problem:
When the ECTT is overridden on the sub section on an OCC, the Details of the ECTT are not correct on the respective ORP section

Solution:
When inspecting the Details of the ECTT on a sub section of the ORP (the ECTT is defined on the similar sub section on the OCC), make sure the entry codes defined in this ECTT is displayed correctly also on the ORP as it is on the OCC.
This is correct when opening the Details on the Main Section of the ORP if the ECTT is defined on the Main Section of the OCC. We need to do the same also on overridden ECTT on sub sections.
