Problem:
When creating worksheet through eMessaging, web service and import from spreadsheet the Internal Received date is set even when it is not in use
Solution:
When a worksheet is created from eMessaging, through web service and by use of the import technical worksheet from spreadsheet function, make sure we test the system parameter "Is Received Internal Date On Worksheet In Use" under Base Company Specific Settings, Technical/Claim Worksheet page - for the actual Base Company. If this parameter is NOT activated for the actual Base Company, then make sure the system does NOT set the Internal Received Date on the Worksheet. This should be the case both for Technical and Claim worksheet.
