Problem:
ECs of sub EC group selected for user restriction can't be selected for TW ECs

Solution:
When an Entry Code group in the Entry Code Group Category "Entry Code User Restriction" is assigned to My Entry Code Restrictions in the User Preferences, and this group also include another group, make sure also the entry codes in the included group also appear in the worksheet. Both when used in Technical Worksheet and in Claim Worksheet.
