Problem:
Create TW/CW webservice abend if passed in EC not in user restrictions

Solution:
Preconditions for the below solution is that the user has defined entry code restriction in the User Preferences OR the involved base company has defined entry code restrictions in the Base Company Specific Settings.
When running the web service createWorksheet or createClaimWorksheet, including an entry code that is NOT defined in the User Preferences for the user OR NOT defined in the Base Company Specific Settings for the involved Base Company, make sure the system is able to create the worksheet in open status (and not abending).
When running the web service closeWorksheet for an open technical or claim worksheet, including an entry code that is NOT defined in the User Preferences for the user OR NOT defined in the Base Company Specific Settings for the involved Base Company, make sure the system presents the message AC0821, in the same way as it does when trying to close a worksheet manually (and not abending).
