Problem:
Some warnings are not raised when booking expenses although expenses are defined as Part of Liability/None, and therefore should be considered similar to regular claim bookings.

Solution:
When expenses are defined as part of liability, bookings towards expense codes should trigger same warnings as regular claim bookings.
This should be corrected for regular warnings, and accuracy.
