Problem:
DMSI (Document Management System Interface) no longer populating several document index fields, causing the document store and document list retrieval to fail. Per the DXC resource, Meghan Hathaway,

The fields no longer being populated are MASTERTREATYGROUP, CEDENTNAME, ACCT_MONTH, FORMER_IDENTIFIER and FORMER_NAME as those are only used if the MASTERTREATYGROUP is populated.

Solution:
Populate MASTERTREATYGROUP, CEDENTNAME, ACCT_MONTH, FORMER_IDENTIFIER and FORMER_NAME
