Problem:
Check box does not reflect the checked status for the Approval Received flag

Solution:
When Approval Received flag is set then is should show as checked on the eMessaging GUI

Workaround:

Root Cause:
SICSE-6010 - Previous message referencing - erroneously removed GUI connection to field

Extent of Impact:
GUI display issue only
