Problem:
When comparing source clasiffications against OCC Accounting Classifications contents in Recovery Calculation order, the system only checks the two "global" hard coded items: Main Class of business and Class of business

Solution:
When comparing source clasiffications against OCC Accounting Classifications contents in Recovery Calculation order, the system must check all items.
When system parameter "Only mandatory items in Accounting Classification" is selected, only mandatory items must be checked.
When system parameter is OFF, Mandatory and Non Mandatory items are checked.
System parameters "Classification rules 2" in Base Company specific settings is the basis for the items to check. If no specific settings for Base Company, then default is used.
