Problem:
Functional Currency Revaluation Order sets the Completed flag on reserves also for base companies not extracted on the order.

Solution:
When running the Functional Currency Revaluation order, with or without the "Revaluation of Reserves bookings" selected in combination with extraction of specific Base Company(ies), make sure the system only revalue the reserve details for the given Base Companies and sets the Completed flag only on the reserve details for the given Base Companies.
