Problem:
DoB (Alternative Name) incorrect when it is changed during renewal load
Solution:

1. Whenever any change is made to any one of these fields on an existing insurable object through subsequent transactions via the cession loader, the values in the changed fields and the Full Name field should be updated accordingly. Even where the change in the Title does not directly impact the Full Name field, the Full Name should be updated.
