Problem:
Incorrect Rate used when Transaction Age has changed

Solution:

When the age definition on the OCC is not defined as Original, then the issue age, adjusted age and transaction age should be calculated based on the conditions as defined on the OCC. When the premium is to be calculated on the SAIR based on a premium rate table that uses Age as one of the parameters , the premium should be calculated based on the transaction age that is calculated on each SAIR transaction
