Problem:
Due Date not as expected on TW when Detail is on previous Insured Period and when A conditions exists but Accounts are not calculated
Solution:
When a user is booking on a technical worksheet for a business with several insured periods and create the FIRST DETAIL and select an Insured Period prior to the last insured period, then the system should set the AccYR, AccPeriod and Due Date according to the given IP's Admin Conditions, and if no accounts exist, EITHER without Administration conditions defined at all OR when the conditions exist but without accounts defined, then set current year as AccYR, <None> as AccPeriod and today's date as Due Date.
Workaround:
Do not define Administration conditions unless you also define Accounts. If no accounts should be calculated on an Insured Period, then the Administration conditions should also be deleted. Then it works as expected.
Root Cause:
The fix we did in 4.8.6 from SICSR-13960 did not cover cases where Administration conditions exist, but no accounts are defined.
