Problem:
Abend when user enters more than 100 characters in action comment field in create new claim wizard.
When user enters 100 characters in the field in create new claim, the abend is avoided, however the entry is exceeding the maximum space in edit (30) - and comment is lost.
Solution:
System should prevent user from adding more than 100 characters in the field, and allow this length in both create and update.
