Problem:
Fac Standalone Retrocession - 'remaining duration' is automatically calculated at the placement level

Solution:

Remaining Duration should be calculated only on the OCC level when the Present Value Functionality in Use flag is selected on the SR condition and the flag 'All Limits are Present Value Amounts' flag is selected on the L condition. When calculated, this value should be copied to the placements. No calculation of remaining duration should happen independently on the placement cessions
