Problem:
SICS can not automatically set Entry Code Transformation Term (ECTT) for IGC if Administration Classification on ORP does not exist
Solution:
When the user from an ORP selects the option Create Inward Intra Group Contract, and the system finds that there exists a default ECTT with the combination of Base Company(Reinsurer)/Cedent for the Base Company on the new IGC IAB, the system must check if the new IGC IAB already has Administration Conditions defined.
If the Administration Conditions exist, then the found ECTT is defaulted on the Administration Conditions according to existing functionality.
If the Administration Conditions does NOT exist, then the system must first create an empty Administration Conditions and then the found ECTT is defaulted on the new Administration Conditions according to existing functionality.
Workaround:
By establish the Administration Conditions on the ORP before the IGC IAB is created, then the default ECTT is also automatically set on the IGC IAB.
This must anyway be done on an existing IAB, i.e. create the Administration Conditions, before it is linked to an ORP to create an IGC, if you want to have the ECTT defaulted on the Administration Conditions on the IGC IAB.
Root Cause:
This is extra functionality to the new functionality made in 4.9.4 based on SE-1747.
Extent of Impact:
The user must manually define the ECTT on the IGC IAB if the Administration Conditions have not been established in advanced.
