Problem:
Abend like message and abend happens when booking on IAB with Admin Conditions defined

Solution:
When the user selects an Insured Period on a technical worksheet and this IP has accounts defined on the Administration conditions, make sure the system is able to default correct AccPeriod from these conditions even when the value None is inactivated in reference table 177.

Workaround:
By activate the value None in reference table 177 will fix the problem on short term

Root Cause:
A correction in 4.9.5 and ported to 4.9.3_SSP3_ALL1, according to SICSR-16274
