[SICSR-2153] Abend on ledger selecting existing balance just updated

Problem:
Abend selecting an open balance on BP ledger when the balance has just been deleted from an open worksheet

Solution:
When a worksheet is manipulated a way that a balance is deleted, and the user applies the changes to the database, and this balance is listed in the BP ledger the system should then also refresh this balance in the way that it is removed from the list.
Or at least, the system should recognize that this balance is no longer existing and should set an error message instead of abending.
This solution will not fix the problem that the system still abends if the user did not apply the changes to the database before Find Now is selected on the BP ledger

Workaround:
Press Find Now on the BP ledger to refresh the list so that the deleted balance disappears
