Problem:
System can use Accounting Classification without Type of Participation (Method) even when it is mandator
Solution:
When the Accounting Classifications are checked if they are valid or not, and the Type of Participation (Method) is mandatory, make sure the system checks both if the ToP (Method) if it has invalid value and when it is (null). Today it correctly validates the AC if the ToP (Method) is not on the business, but it is missing a validation of the ToP (Method) if this is blank.
