Link Business Partners

Organizations sharing the same SICS installation may consist of several legal entities, where each entity have their own business partners. In this case, it may be beneficial to link the Business Partners to the Base Company they belong.

  1. Open the Base Company
  2. Select Details Tab
  3. From the pop up menu, Select Add Business Partners
  4. Find the wanted Business Partner, transfer
  5. Select OK

Linked Business Partners:

The business partners linked to your Base Company. If you have activated the Extended Base Company Segregation and also the Hide Business Partners, the system will show only the business partners already linked to your Current Base Company.
Values: Business Partners
Validations:
If the System Parameters Extended Base Company Segregation is Selected and Hide Business Partners is Selected, the system does not show you any Business Partners, which are not linked to your Current Base Company. In this case, it is not possible to link a Business Partner manually.
Functional Impact:
View Business Partner

Linked Insureds:

The insureds (third parties) linked to your Base Company. If you have activated the Extended Base Company Segregation and also the Hide Insureds, the system shows only the insureds already linked to your Current Base Company.
Values: Insureds (Third Parties)
Validations:
If the System Parameters Extended Base Company Segregation is Selected and Hide Insureds is Selected, the system does not show you any insureds, which are not linked to your Current Base Company. In this case, it is not possible to link an Insured manually.
