SE-9026 - Overriding the Due Date on Technical for Prop Treaty/Fac Business - Asia Capital Reinsurance #
Aim of function
For Assumed Proportional Treaty and Assumed Proportional Facultative Business, for Technical Worksheet, when the user adds the first Booking row to the Worksheet, the (External) Receive Date given on the worksheet will populate the Due Date for this detail. This function should override the rules for how the Due Date is set for the first detail and it must be driven by a new system parameter.
System Parameters Affected
A new system parameter named Set Due Date from Received Date on Technical Worksheet, is found under Accounting, Worksheet page
Existing functionality affected
The system overrides the existing logic for how to set the Due Date so that the Due Date is taken from the Received date on the worksheet (named Received External if the system parameter 'Is Received Internal Date On Worksheet In Use' is selected). The given Due Date is still editable and can be overruled. For the subsequent details added on the worksheet the system will follow existing functionality and copy the Due Date from previous row.
It is only when the user creates the first row on the worksheet that the Due Date shall be taken from the Received Date, so if the Received Date is changed after the first row is created the defaulted/overruled Due Date will not be changed.

SE-6908 - Retro Business: Add Claim ID into Replacement Value Rule - Swiss Re Zurich #
Aim of function
Should be able to book with New Amount value on Proportional Retro Bookings having Claim ID assigned. In order to take benefit of the replacement value function for proportional Retro Bookings, Claim ID grouping level is essential.
System Parameters Affected
None of the System Parameter is affected.
Added 3 new values (one for each Accounting Basis) in Reference Data 1040 – Replacement Rule
1) Per IP, Occ Year, Section, AC, HLL, CLM
2) Per IP, Orig UW Year, Section, AC, HLL, CLM
3) Per IP, Section, AC, HLL, CLM
Existing functionality affected
When any of the above new replacement rules are defined in the entry code properties, for any of the Accounting Basis – according to existing functionality, when these entry codes are booked on Technical Worksheet Detail Booking of an OCC/ORP Business, and the user select the Replacement Values or Show All Bookings, then the system will aggregate all details with the same granularity including the Claim ID (AC_LEDGER_DETAIL. FK_CLAIM_TO_SOC).
And if we have a rule with IP, Section, AC, CLM, and then booked TW on an Assumed Business, then the system will aggregate details per IP, Section and AC without taking the CLM into consideration because it is not there.
These new rules are applicable for the online function on Technical Worksheet as well as for the respective Web Services. When the element <replacementValue> is set to Yes and the <newAmount> is entered in createWorksheet and fastCreateTechnicalWorksheet web services for an entry code with any of the 3 above new rules, then the system will create the adjustment amount by aggregate all details same as manually booked. Any other web services having <replacementValue> should also support this.
Then the system will group together details with same Claim Id (CLM), if existing, additional to the other aggregation parameters in the actual replacement rule used on this business when booked manually or from online function on Technical Worksheet as well as for the respective Web Services.

SE-9546 - ADH - Authentication/authorization mechanism for ADH calling external targets - Swiss Re Zurich #
Aim of function
Create a new interface, 'Authorization for External Calls'.
Before doing an external call, SICS will call this interface with information such as:
- URL
- Intended request (POST body)
- SICS userid
- SICS component (desktop, server)
- SICS application (PC, LIFE, CEDE)
- SICS version.
Any implementation of the interface must return one of these:
- A 'Basic' authentication token, or OAuth 2.0 'Bearer' token, to be used with an HTTP(S) 'Authentication' header
- Nothing, in which case an 'Authentication' header will not be used
- throw an exception, thus indicating that the user is not authorized.
DXC will provide a default implementation which will return nothing.
In the ADH server
- when an External Output Pattern is configured to send the result to a SOAP/XML, REST/XML or REST/JSON target, the above mentioned interface will be called and depending on the outcome of the call, appropriate action will be taken.
In the Workstation/Desktop,

SE-10474 - Enhance ADH to add a random (UUID) messageId when storing the response from an external Output Pattern - Swiss Re Zurich #
Aim of function
SICS is delivered with a NONUNIQUE index I_MESSAGE_ID on the API_LOG.MESSAGE_ID colum. This index allows NULL values in the MESSAGE_ID column.
However, if the customer has an extra/modified unique index on the API_LOG.MESSAGE_ID column it is not possible to insert rows with a NULL value for MESSAGE_ID. Trying to do so would result in an exception: SQLServerException: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object API_LOG with unique index.
This enhancement ensures that a unique messageId will always be present.
