13.7. Data Protection Country Groups
Maintain Data Protection Country Groups #
The Data Protection Country Group tab is only available if Claim System Parameter Data Protection Is In Use is activated. The group itself is only used when defining the Claim Data Protection domain restriction, and in the application of this.
Create a Data Protection Country Group
- Open The Data Protection Country Group window, and select New from popup menu
- Define a Country Group Name.
- Add at least one member country on the members tab. Only countries are available for selection. Both active and inactive countries can be selected.
- Press OK
Note that a country cannot be added to more than one Country Group.
Inactivate a Data Protection Country Group
- Open the Data Protection Country Group window
- A list of defined Country Groups appear
- Select the one you want to inactivate, and select Inactivate from the popup menu
The system validates that the Country Group has not been used in a Data Protection Domain Restriction.
**Note that a Data Protection Country Group cannot be deleted.
