18.3. Web Service Endpoints

Currently, SICS Workstation implements these endpoints:

  • openClaim

SICS will open the claim screen for the requested claim (identified by claim identifier or OBJECT_ID), as if the claim was opened from the Find Claim screen.

  • openBusiness

SICS will open the business screen for the requested business (identified by business identifier or OBJECT_ID), as if the business was opened from the Find Business screen.

Optionally, you can also refer to a specific insured period on the business, identified by the insured period’s OBJECT_ID or start date.

  • openEMessage

SICS will open the eMessaging screen for the requested message (identified by eMessage UUID or OBJECT_ID), as if the message was opened from the Find eMessaging Messages screen.

  • openBusinessPartner

SICS will open the business partner screen for the requested business partner (identified by business partner identifier or OBJECT_ID), as if the business partner was opened from the Find Business Partner screen. Also works for Third Party.

  • openBusinessPartnerLedger

SICS will open the business partner ledger screen for the requested business partner (identified by business partner identifier or OBJECT_ID), as if the business partner ledger was opened from the business partner screen. Also works for Third Party. SICS will not automatically perform any find operation.

  • openWorksheet

SICS will open the worksheet / remittance screen for the requested worksheet / remittance (identified by worksheet / remittance identifier or OBJECT_ID of worksheet / remittance balance), as if the worksheet / remittance was opened from the Find Worksheet screen. For a worksheet, the status determines whether the worksheet input or worksheet closing screen will open.

  • openEMessaging

SICS will open “Find eMessaging Message” screen with specific filters e.g. Message Type, Message Direction, Sender’s Business Reference, Sender’s Claim Reference, Status, Sender, Receiver
