|

Order Icon | Double-click the Order icon in the Accounting folder on the SICS desktop to see the Find: Accounting Order window. This is where you can search for, and create accounting orders. |

The Find Accounting Order window is divided into two tabs: Properties, where you input general information for your search, and Advanced, where you can further narrow your search by specifying more advanced search requirements.
On the Properties tab, you can input the following to do a search:
Type: Use the drop-down list to select the type of order. When you select None, you do not specify a type of order and you retrieve all types in your search results.
WS Status: Use the drop-down list to specify the status of the order you are looking for. The status can be Open, Closed, or Inactivated. If you select None in the drop-down list, you see open, closed and inactivated orders in your search results. The Status reflects the status on the worksheet connected to the Order. If the worksheets connected to an Order are open, this Order appears in the list when you select Open in the WS Status.

If values are found in the Main Base Company field the system will use this information to find the orders in the following way:
Compare this/these with the Base Company on the OCC/IP linked to the orders, and only list those orders where the given Main Base Company is marked as Main Base Company on the linked OCC/IP. As long as one of the linked OCC’s IPs has this BC marked as Main BC, then the order is listed.
