Link Bookings to Original Base Company from Claim worksheet (Outward)

This option is only enabled when you make a manual claim booking on Outward Cedent’s Contract.

Relevant when the OCC has more than one base company and you want to establish a link to the original base company that the claim booking applies to.

Link can only be established to base companies assigned to the OCC.

1. In your Claim worksheet, select a ledger currency or select Add Currency from the pop-up menu in the Currency display list to add a currency
2. Select Link OCC Base Company from the menu. You see a list of the OCC Base Companies.
3. Select the base company you want to link by double click or highlight and select Transfer from menu.
4. If necessary you can instead select another base company before closing the claim worksheet.

If you add more booking rows the selected link will apply for all.

If the OCC has a Main Base Company this base company will be linked to the balance while the details will be linked to the selected original Base Company.

If the OCC has no Main Base Company both the balance and the details will be linked to the selected Base Company.
