Business Condition Validation

Before a quote can become an agreement, SICS controls that all the necessary conditions have been entered. This validation can be turned on or off in System Parameter Maintenance. (To do so, click the Business tab of the System Parameter Maintenance window, and select the Definite Statuses Require All Business Conditions box to turn the validation on, or clear to turn it off.) The validation does not affect user-defined conditions. If the box is not selected, only Share conditions are considered in the validation.

Some conditions are not available unless your business has an insured period with specific dates. Note that a To be Advised insured period is only allowed if your System Administrator has se up the system this way. Which conditions will then not be available is stated for the particular conditions concerned
