Update Multiple Contract Details in One Go

Contracts may initially have been registered with a minimum of details. Later, when receiving more or updated information, this may affect several business conditions and other areas such as e.g. classifications, business partners and protection assignments.

The update business process allows you to enter new and update existing information in several places in one go.

Which e.g. conditions that are presented in the process, depends on what your system administrator has included in the update business process

Update and/or enter new contract details in several places within one process:

  1. Open wanted contract and navigate to the Life Cycle tab
  2. Select Update Business from the menu button
  3. Navigate in the process by clicking Next/ Previous
  4. Make updates to e.g. business partners, classifications, business conditions and protections assignment
  5. When your updates are completed, press Finish

In the update business process, the"Finish" button is enabled on all pages so that the process can be completed at any stage.
