Maintain Business Signature Note
In addition to the free text possibilities in the various areas of a contract, you may capture a collection of notes with the contract. Each note is traceable with information like the person creating the note and the date it was created.
Add Business Signature Note #
Add a new signature note to a contract’s list of notes.
- Open the contract for which you want to add a Signature Note.
- Select the Highlights tab
- Select the Signature Note tab
- Select Add from the pop-up menu
- Specify the Signature Date, Type, and Description
- Enter the note content
- Select OK.
When a Signature Note has been created for a business, SICS automatically adds a little book to the Signature Note tab to indicate that there is a note on the tab
View Single Business Signature Note #
- Select the Signature Note you want to read
- Select View from pop-up menu
View Collection of Business Signature Notes #
- Open the Signature Note tab
- Select View All from the pop-up menu
Edit Business Signature Note #
- Select the Signature Note you want to make changes on
- Select Edit from pop-up menu
You are only allowed to edit a signature note if you are the creator of the note.
Delete Business Signature Note #
- Select the Signature Note you want to delete
- Select Delete from pop-up menu
You are only allowed to delete a signature note if you are the creator of the note.
Print Business Signature Note #
- Select the Signature Note that you want to print
- Select View from pop-up menu
- On Signature Note view mode select Print from pop-up menu
The note text will then be printed.
Note! Using the Hardcopy with Print window function will print the visible part of the window.
Print the Collected Business Signature Note #
- Open the Signature Note tab and select View All from the pop-up menu
- The system opens the entire Signature Note description.
- Select Print from the menu
The entire note text will then be printed.
