Inactivate Claim Programs

If you have created the Claim Program in error you can inactivate the Claim Program in order to prevent further claim assignment to the Claim Program and/or renewal of the Claim Program. The Claim Program is Activated or Inactivated with a check box on the Claim Program Properties tab.

  1. Select and open the Claim Program you want to inactivate from Find Claim Program, or from the Business Claim List.
  2. In the Claim program properties window click the Edit button.
  3. Clear the Is Active check box.
  4. Click OK.

Inactivate Claim Program Validations #

A Claim Program can only be inactivated if no claims have been linked or all linked claims have been Inactivated.
