View Claim Programs

To see the details of a Claim Program, such as the Classifications and Area, the linked treaties, and the linked claims, you must first access the Claim Program. The Claim Program is accessed either through Find Claim Program, from the Business Claim List of a treaty, or from an assumed individual claim that is linked to a Claim Program. The three processes are described below.

View Claim Program from Find Claim Program #

  1. Open Claim Program icon from desktop and perform a search. Refer to Find Claim Program.
  2. Select the required Claim Program.
  3. Select Properties from the pop-up menu.

View Claim Program from Business Claim List #

  1. Open the selected treaty, and select the Claims icon. (Note that a Claim Program can exist even though an icon is displayed as no claims are linked.).
  2. Open the Claim Program tab of the Business Claim List on a treaty.
  3. Select the required Claim Program.
  4. Select Properties from the pop-up menu.

View Claim Program from Claim #

The Claim Program can be accessed from the individual claim, which is linked to the Claim Program.

  1. Open the Links tab - sub tab Claim Program on an Assumed Individual Treaty claim.
  2. Select the Claim Program link.
  3. Select Properties from the pop-up menu. You see the Claim Program Properties window.

The Claim Program Properties contains the general properties of the Claim Program, the Claim Program Period and the Claim Program Classification, as well as indication of the Responsible Claim Program handler.

All claims linked to the Claim Program have the same Business Classifications and are validated against the Claim Program Period.
