You can search for booking mappings according to several criteria.

Type: Select None, Claim Booking Mapping or Technical Booking Mapping.

Business: Select the business on which to search for the booking mapping. Click the Find button to access the Find Business window.

Class of Business: Select a class of business.

Sub Class of Business: Select a sub class of business.

The field your system uses for EDI (class of business or sub class of business) depends on whether Use SICS Sub Class of Business for processing and generating messages is selected in the EDI system parameters.

Type of Participation: Select the type of participation from the drop-down list.

Sender: Enter the business partner that sent the message. Click the Find button to access the Find Business Partner window.

Sender Account: Enter the sender account if you know it.

Automatic Booking: If you know whether the booking was an automatic booking or not, select True or False.

Click the Find Now button to find booking mappings that match your selection criteria. The system returns all booking mappings if you do not specify any criteria. Double-click the booking mapping to view the booking mapping properties.

To edit any of the booking mapping properties, click the Edit button in the bottom right corner of the window.

Business: You can map a business to the booking. Click the Find button to access the Find Business window where you can select and transfer a business.

Section: Select a section of the business.

Accounting Classification: Select the business accounting classification.

Automatic Booking: Select the check box if the booking was made automatically.

If the booking mapping is a technical booking mapping, an extra field is available:

Use Accounting Classification Split: Select the check box to apply the split according to the accounting classification shown above.

If the booking mapping is a claim booking mapping, further fields are available:

Claim on Selected Section: Show the section on which the claim booking is made. This field is only shown when mapping a booking on a claim worksheet.

Transfer to Ledger: Select the check box to transfer the booking to the General Ledger.
